Pricing:
Thursdays - $6600, not including tax of 5.3%, plus a refundable deposit of $1000, and day of event insurance
Fridays - $6600, not including tax of 5.3%, plus a refundable deposit of $1000, and day of event insurance
Saturdays - $6600, not including tax of 5.3%, plus a refundable deposit of $1000, and day of event insurance
Sundays -$5500, not including tax of 5.3%, plus a refundable deposit of $1000, and day of event insurance
Special Sunday packages: Morning until 1pm - $2000, not including tax of 5.3%, if booking another weekend evening
Sunday- Morning until 1pm - $2500, not including tax of 5.3%
Monday through Wednesday $2500, not including tax of 5.3%
Holiday weekends – Saturday rates apply to all days
Full regular Members of the Keswick Hunt Club may inquire about special discounts.
Payment Schedule for the venue: 50% of the rental fee, plus 5.3% tax, and the full deposit are due upon signing the contract. Final balance is due 30 days prior to your event date, which includes the second half of rental fee plus a 5.3% tax payment. Provide proof of 2M event insurance 30 days prior through WedSafe.com.

10 – 6 ft. tables, 10 – 5ft. tables with 180 black folding chairs for your guests
Wood bar – portable for your special cocktail area
Combined square footage 3000 sq. ft. for seating
